MANAGEMENT BOARD (MB)
Composition: USGIT - Prof. Alfredo Squarzoni and Mr. Angelo Musaio; the official contact person of CRUI, UPC, AEER, TSTU and URFU; TSTU - Mrs. Liliya Mozerova; the “remote” participation of MESRF.
Responsibilities: To assure the coherent development of the project activities planned by the Project Board.
INTERNAL MONITORING AND QUALITY CONTROL TEAM (IMQCT)
Composition: Composed by members of the Management Board.
Responsibilities: Internal monitoring and quality control.
EXTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL TEAM (EQCT)
Composition: Two Rectors or their delegates, one from a EU University and one from a RU University, non - Consortium members and not involved in the project activities; a representative of a national agency or international network of agencies for the Quality Assurance of Study Programmes (QA of SPs).
Responsibilities: External monitoring and quality control; assessment of the quality of the project results.
